Palomita

Batman and Robin. Harry and Meghan. Justin and Hailey. Everyone loves a dynamic duo. The proof is in the Palomita. Ginger, grapefruit and the ‘pow’ of Sesion Reposado will make you pucker and purr in equal measure.

Ingredients

2oz Sesión Reposado
21/2oz Pink grapefruit soda
1/2oz Ginger syrup (to taste)
Garnish Lime wedge Edible flowers

Method

1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and edible flowers.
