Sesión Grapefruit Sour

Ingredients

50ml (1.5 oz) Sesión Blanco
10ml Vanilla Liqueur
20ml Pink Grapefruit juice
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 egg shite / 20 ml aquafaba

Method

1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker.
2. ‘Dry’ shake without ice first to emulsify egg, then add ice to shake and shake hard until cold. 
3. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with grapefruit twist
