15ml (1/2 oz) Ancho Reyes
Barspoon Passionfruit Curd
20ml (2/3 oz) lime juice
15ml (1/2 oz) orange juice
10ml (1/3 oz) agave

Method

1. Shake and strain 
   
2. Garnish with tajín salt and chilli
